The rules that protect people and communities across Secret Sauce.
These standards apply to accounts, communities, messages, media, voice, applications and integrations. Trust & Safety reviews context, severity, intent, available evidence and repeat behaviour. Good-faith criticism, appeals and responsible security reports are allowed. A report is not proof of a violation.

Enforcement and review
Actions can apply to content, a feature, an account, an application or an entire community. Severe incidents can warrant an immediate suspension. A suspended account cannot use platform features. The account restriction screen remains available for the stated reason, current cases and an appeal.

Community owners receive the affected capabilities, reason and expiry when restrictions are imposed. An account suspension has no automatic expiry and remains active until Trust & Safety revokes it. An appeal is reviewed by Trust & Safety; agreeing to the rules does not lift a suspension. Evidence preservation, ownership transfer and permanent deletion require separate authorised review.
