Your rights, wherever you are.

Use Support → Privacy for access, correction, deletion or a privacy complaint. Tell us your country or region so Trust & Safety can assess the applicable rules. You do not need to identify a law to ask for help.

This regional notice supplements our policy. Mandatory rights under applicable law take precedence over conflicting service terms. Rights and exceptions depend on jurisdiction, circumstances and the service’s legal scope.

Other countries and regions

You can submit the same request even when your location is not listed. We assess applicable local rights, identity verification and any justified retention exceptions. Contact Support if you need an accessible alternative to the online form.

How requests are handled

We verify the requester, review the requested scope, protect other people’s information, and explain the decision. A code does not replace account verification. A deletion schedule does not override a legal obligation to preserve specific records. We will explain any applicable exception rather than claim that all records are erased.
