SauceCrew+ is Secret Sauce’s optional premium membership. It brings together profile customisation, animated profile media, richer chat tools, a Crew+ badge, and expanded community limits. Membership is designed to make your account feel more personal; it does not provide moderation authority.

Crew+ is for members who want more ways to express themselves and stay part of more communities. It can add animated profile options, larger group conversations, more server capacity, exclusive cosmetics, and eligibility for announced early-access opportunities. Any giveaway or early-access offer will have its own published terms; membership alone does not promise a prize or access to every feature.

The membership feature set includes animated GIPHY profile pictures and banners, profile tags and motion styles, exclusive cosmetics and themes, animated emoji and GIF sharing, a prominent Crew+ badge, up to 50 servers, and group chats of up to 100 people. A personal thank-you message is sent every 15 days while access is active. Some planned extras, including giveaways and early feature previews, will only be offered when a separate announcement explains the dates, eligibility, and rules.

Giveaways are a planned community extra, not an active automatic benefit today. If Secret Sauce announces a Steam game, Epic Games Store title, gift code, seasonal drop, or other giveaway, its announcement will explain eligibility, entry, winner selection, and notification. SauceCrew+ does not guarantee a prize, and members are not entered automatically unless the published giveaway rules say so.

Stripe checkout and paid subscriptions are not active yet, and the price has not been announced. Trust & Safety employees receive access as an employee benefit. An authorised employee can also grant a complimentary 7, 14, or 30 days, or issue a limited-use promo code. Trust & Safety may recognise a genuinely helpful, verified safety report with complimentary access; submitting a report does not guarantee a reward.

Yes. Every member can choose a banner colour and use a static profile picture. Animated GIPHY profile pictures and banners, animated profile treatments, and other Crew+-only cosmetics require active SauceCrew+ access or a valid feature grant.

Your Crew+ badge is shown first in your profile badge list. Eligible profile media and styling appear wherever the site displays your account, including servers, chats, member lists, direct messages, join logs, and official spaces. The image and banner shown are the latest saved versions on your account.

An employee grant or promo code lasts for the period it specifies: 7, 14, or 30 days. Trust & Safety can tell you when it was granted, and the membership badge and eligible features turn on while access is active. A code can also have its own use limit and redemption deadline.

No. SauceCrew+ is a membership for profile and community features. It does not grant Trust & Safety access, moderation tools, employee status, or permission to enforce rules. Crew+ makes your profile more expressive, not more powerful.

No. Server roles and permissions are controlled by each server’s owner and authorised moderators. Crew+ can expand your personal server and group-chat limits, but it does not change your permissions inside a server.

Paid Stripe subscriptions are not available yet, so there is currently no paid subscription to cancel. If paid membership launches, this page and account settings will explain how to manage or cancel it before checkout is enabled.

When access expires, the Crew+ badge and membership-only features turn off. Animated media stops displaying as a Crew+ perk; you can choose a static avatar and keep your banner colour, profile text, and account. If the expired feature is your only reason for exceeding a standard limit, you may need to leave servers or groups before joining or creating more.

Yes. Standard accounts can join or create up to 30 servers. Active SauceCrew+ access raises that limit to 50. A time-limited feature promo can also grant expanded server access for the period stated on the code.

Yes. Standard group chats support up to 15 members, including you. Active SauceCrew+ access raises the limit to 100. A time-limited expanded-group feature code can grant the larger limit for its stated duration.

The membership may grow with new cosmetics, themes, community events, and early-access opportunities. We will describe a feature and its availability in Docs and What’s New before presenting it as an included benefit.

Crew+ is intended to support product development while giving members more ways to personalise their profiles and join communities. It does not change the Terms of Service, moderation outcomes, or access to fair review. We will publish price and billing terms before any paid checkout begins.
